Welcome to Registration for Five-Star Basketball Camps
   

Log-in for Registration continues at the bottom of this page, but please read the following information so that you fully understand the terms and conditions of your enrollment as a Five-Star Camper.

The tuition for each Five-Star Camp varies. At the time of registration, a deposit of $100 is required per camp for which you have registered, either paid by credit card at the time of registration or by a check or money order (payable to Five-Star Basketball). If the deposit is not received within two weeks of registration, the athlete is put on the wait list and his/her position in the camp may be lost.

Final payment of any remaining balance for the camp is due no later than 45 days prior to the first day of the camp. Click here to review the Five-Star refund policy. If full payment has not been received either via credit card payment or by receipt of a check or money order, the athlete's position in the camp may be given to an athlete on the waiting list.

Your registration will begin on the next page by creating a user name and password for your account. Please keep track of this information as it will allow you to make further payments and/or changes to your account with Five-Star! Note that this username and password will differ from the account you may have set up on the Five-Star community homepage.
